SMICO is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of premium PVD coated stainless steel railings, pipes, and architectural & interior components.

2. Product Information

All product specifications, finishes, and designs are provided to the best of our knowledge.
Minor variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing processes.
Custom orders are manufactured based on client-approved specifications.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment (if applicable).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes, transportation, and installation charges are extra unless stated otherwise.

4. Manufacturing & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to raw material availability, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
SMICO shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Advance payments are non-refundable for customized or made-to-order products.
Any refund (if applicable) will be processed as per mutual agreement.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery.
Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after installation or usage will not be entertained.

7. Warranty

Warranty (if provided) applies only to manufacturing defects.
Damage due to improper handling, installation, corrosion from external factors, or misuse is not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, product images, logos, and content belong to SMICO and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SMICO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where SMICO is registered.
